All goods will be despatched as soon as payment has been cleared

PAYMENT

Payment of goods can be settled by the following methods:

1.     Bank cheque or direct deposits into our bank account (we request a copy of the bank deposit slip to be faxed or emailed  to us to avoid any confusion).

2.     Cash.EFT.

PRICES

All prices quoted are subject to the Australian Tax System or foreign exchange rates. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. All prices quoted are GST inclusive.

FREIGHT

All freight charges for the goods sold are the customer's responsibility, and can be arranged by the following methods:

1. Freight Company nominated by the customer.

2. Freight Company nominated by SRK Engineering

Dates and times quoted for delivery of goods are estimates only. SRK Engineering shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising as a result or consequence of any failure to deliver or delay on delivery of any goods or services arising from any circumstances of nature that is outside SRK Engineering's  control.These conditions apply to SRK Custom Sidecars, Premier Sidecars

WARRANTY

All goods sold by SRK Engineering are covered by manufactures warranty with the following conditions:

1. Goods sold by SRK Engineering require a proof of purchase by the customer.

2. Warranty only applies against defective components and unit failure. Warranty does not cover goods damaged

due to incorrect fitting or application, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by components or equipment.

3. Please notify SRK Engineering before returning any goods to receive a claim number.

Faulty goods are to be returned to SRK Engineering within one week of failure to receive

a warrant claim. If the goods are not returned within one week SRK Engineering

reserves the right to withdraw the claim unless special arrangement has been made in writing.

           SRK Engineering will not be held liable for any damages caused by the goods supplied.

All goods sold by SRK Custom Sidecars are covered by manufactures warranty with the following conditions:   Sidecars Carry 12Months 10,000K Warranty

1. Goods sold by SRK Custom Sidecars require a proof of purchase by the customer.

2. Warranty only applies against defective components and unit failure. Warranty does not cover goods damage due to incorrect fitting or application, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by components or equipment.

3. Please notify SRK Custom Sidecars before returning any goods to receive a claim number.

RETURN OF GOODS

Goods returned for credit will only be accepted under the following conditions:

1. All requests for returns must be made formerly in writing within seven days after receipt of goods.

       2. Goods must not have been used.

       3. Returned goods should not be damaged and returned with all the original packaging.

       4. All freight charges on returned goods are the purchaser's responsibility.

       5. Return of goods does not apply to goods that have been specially ordered in.
